A 30 minute, no-equipment, yoga-barre hybrid workout you can do anywhere!
My family and I visited the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden earlier this summer, and I led a workout with a view of the famous Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture. I love the sculpture garden and it was on my list of places to visit again before moving to Chicago, so I’m glad we got to go! Here's the full workout that I led so you can follow along:
Of course I had to start the workout with a Prince song for an even more fun Minnesotan atmosphere!
