Once when I was at French camp when I was 12, they gave us pears as dessert and I was very disappointed because I did not consider that a dessert. Especially out of all the amazing French dessert options to choose from! But if they had given me these baked cinnamon pears, I would have changed my mind!

These are super easy and delicious! Here’s how to make them:
Ingredients
1 pear
Coconut oil
Honey
Cinnamon
Nutmeg (optional)
Powdered peanut butter (optional) I like Crazy Richard's - the only ingredient is peanuts!
Steps
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Slice a pear in half and scoop out the middle and seeds.
Lightly spray or brush the inside and outsides with oil, drizzle honey on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon. I also sprinkled a bit of nutmeg and Crazy Richard’s powdered PB on top, but this is optional.
4. Bake in an oven-safe dish for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
I topped them with crunchy almond butter, some of my ground honey roasted macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, pistachios, and sunflower seeds. I also drizzled plain yogurt on top and it was great, but forgot that idea until after I took the picture and started eating.
