This is a great move to target your oblique core muscles, as well as getting in a bit of shoulder strengthening. Follow along with this video and try it out!
Kneel with one leg in front of you and grab a weight in both hands. Keeping your arms straight in front of you, bring the weight up over your head on the side opposite your front knee, then engage your core muscles to rotate and swing the weight down across your knee, as if you were chopping down a tree. But no risk of deforestation here of course!
Try 16 on each side and see how it goes!
