One of my favorite things to do in the fall is to go apple picking! I always enjoying finding tasty ways to enjoy all the apples later!
Here is a great healthy and filling snack using apples, and it’s super quick and easy to make!
Just slice apples and then make little sandwiches with them, filling them with peanut butter, yogurt, fruit - whatever you want!
I stacked the whole apple back together, but honestly it was very hard to eat it like that and didn’t stay together super well, so I’d recommend just making stacks of one or a few slices!
Make your apple sandwiches how you like them and live apple-y ever after!!
