Matcha Raspberry Overnight Oats

How (rasp)berry fun is this inspirational bowl? I love it so matcha!!


If you couldn’t guess by my puns, I made matcha raspberry overnight oats for breakfast and enjoyed them in this cute bowl. This bowl is quite big, so I made enough oats that I can save some for breakfast for the next few days - meal prepping, breakfast style!


Recipe

Makes 2-3 servings


Ingredients

1 cup oats

¼ cup finely shredded coconut (optional, can sub more oats)

Pinch of salt

Dash of cinnamon

1 ¼ cup brewed matcha latte

Splash of vanilla

1 container Siggi’s raspberry triple cream skyr

¼ cup chopped raspberries


Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. The mixture will be a bit runny - the oats will absorb this overnight, so don’t worry.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Top with more raspberry skyr, raspberries, shredded coconut, and a dusting of matcha powder. Enjoy!
