Overhead Weight Circles

This move looks almost like a dance move, but it’s actually a killer upper body and core workout! Grab a weight or two, and follow along to try it out!



Focus on keeping control of the weight and stabilizing your core and rest of your body so you really keep the muscle engagement. You want to keep your shoulders down and relaxed to avoid straining your neck and shoulders. Try 16 circles and be sure to do both sides!
