Ok, clearly I am getting a little silly with the themes for workout videos, but I am just trying to keep things fun! So this workout is inspired by me thinking about how a robot would do arm workouts - imagine that your arms are stuck in a 90-degree bend like you were doing the robot dance move and got stuck! Now grab a set of light weights, and try this series!
You can follow along with the video as a demonstration, and then try it on your own to repeat it a few times. I usually do 16 of each move. You can do this without weights as well, or use household items.
