Self-Hug Core Exercise

Today is National Fitness Day! Here’s a core exercise that also involves you giving yourself a hug, because we could all use some extra hugs in our lives right now. Start on your back and float your arms and legs out long, then draw them in to hug your knees, lifting your head, neck, and shoulders off the ground. Lengthen back out to a hover, then repeat.

Try a set of 16, and see how it goes - then maybe even repeat it if you’re feeling it, because it’s National Fitness Day! Hope you feel that self-love as well as the core strength from this exercise.
