Just trying to float my way through the rest of this busy week! So here’s a little levitation for your #wednesdayworkout.
This is a great strengthener for the core and upper body, because you have to use your abdominal muscles to lift your legs off the floor, and your arms to hold your body weight! It is a lot harder than it looks!
Simply sit with your legs crossed - this can be in a full lotus if possible (both feet on knees as I am demonstrating) - and place your hands firmly on either side of your hips. Lean forward slightly and engage your core to lift your legs up! And now you’re floating!
